Super Star
I am not a crazy fan of movies or movie stars. But I do have my favourites. Favourite actresses are many in number- none for their acting!!! But actors? Well there is only one. And its not Shah Rukh, or AB (Neither the senior nor the junior) - its our very own Super Star Rajnikanth.
It could be because of the tamilian blood running in me or it could be because of the silly but effective gimmicks that he does with his goggles, his shoes, his cigarettes (smoking is injurious to health), coins, his towel (well I had to use the word towel since I couldnt think of any word in English for the while cloth that guys put on their shoulders). It could be the punch dialogues that have become pretty famous in the tamil world. But I really have never understood why he is my favourite. I have watched his movies like basha, muthu, arunachalam and padayappa around 15 times.
Now his next movie is slated for release tomorrow. I dont care if its a hit or a flop. I am not going to pray for it, or pierce my toungue for it. But I will surely try to watch it. After all the The Boss is back.
